GINNY’S SPRINGTIME IN A GLASS
- 2 ounces of Ginny's Gin
- Handful of Peashoots
- Several Mint leaves
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Cocchi Americano Vermouth
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- Garnish: orange peel
Instructions
Muddle peashoots & mint leaves with Gin. Add other ingredients and a few ice cubes. Shake & strain into a Coupe.
GINNY’S KUMQUAT NEGRONI
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces of Ginny's Gin
- 1 ounce of Aperol
- 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
Instructions
Stir with ice in a mixing glass until well chilled and pour into a rocks-filled glass with huge ice sphere. Express Kumquat peel over top & use as a garnish.
GINNY’S KUMQUAT-GINGER COCKTAIL
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of Ginny's Gin
- 1/2 OZ Kumquat Ginger Simple Syrup*
- 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
Instructions
Put syrup in a shaker along with a few syrupy Kumquat slides. Middle, add Gin & Lillet and shake everything with ice. Then strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with Kunquats
* Kumquat Ginger Simple Syrup Receipe
Ingredients
- 25 Kumquats cut crosswise into thin slides
- 4 thumb sized pieces of Ginger slides into 1/4 inch medallions.
- 1 1/2 cup of suger
- 1 1/2 cup of water
Instructions
Add everything to a saucepan & bring to boil. Lower heat & simmer gently until Kunquats soften and look slightly translucent, around 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat & allow to cool. Transfer to Mason jar & keep in fridge. Will keep for several weeks.
