Where are my tickets & passports?

This article helps typical questions when you cannot locate your tickets or a passport you purchased or someone purchased for you.

This article covers attendees or ticket buyers on how to locate their ticket that was purchased through CellarPass. Since there's several different places or scenarios on how Tickets can be acquired, we'll cover the common ones scenarios here. Should you have any issues, we recommend you immediately contact the Event Organizer. Their information will be available on the Event page. Look for "Contact Organizer" button.

I BOUGHT THE TICKETS

1. I Bought On CellarPass.com

All Tickets that were purchased through CellarPass.com require that you enter an email address as part of the transaction process. To locate your Tickets, you'll need to first be able to access your CellarPass account.

  1. Go to http://www.cellarpass.com
  2. On the top, right-hand corner of our website, click the Login link. If you are already logged in, this link will read as "My Account".
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter your password that you chose as part of the transaction.
  5. Once you have successfully accessed the My Account portal, your purchase history is displayed by default, or click the "History" tab.
  6. Look through the History section and locate the Event you purchased tickets for. The columns can provide you some clues in your search:
    1. Order Number
    2. Event Date
    3. Event Name
    4. Number of Tickets purchased
    5. Order Date
  7. Clicking on the Order Number will open up the Order details.
  8. Looking at the Order details, you can see the Tickets that were included in the order.
  9. Additional information with regards to whether the Ticket has been set for Will Call (head straight to the venue with your ID) or Self Print, which will require you to print Tickets prior to arriving to the Event.

I BOUGHT TICKETS FROM THE EVENT ORGANIZER DIRECTLY

All Tickets that were sold through the CellarPass service require that you enter an email address as part of the transaction process. To locate your Tickets, you'll need to first be able to access your CellarPass account.

  1. Go to http://www.cellarpass.com
  2. On the top, right-hand corner of our website, click the Login link. If you are already logged in, this link will read as "My Account".
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter your password that you chose as part of the transaction.

FORGOT PASSWORD/ EMAIL ADDRESS
If you cannot remember your password, click the "Forgot Password" link. The system will send you a temporary password which can be updated after you have successfully logged into CellarPass.

If you don't know which email address you used to purchase the Tickets, we recommend that you contact the Event Organizer to assist. Their contact information will be available on their Event page on CellarPass.com. Some additional information that will be helpful to them in finding your transaction history will be your Last Name, Date Purchased, Ticket Levels purchased and so forth.

I NEED TO REGISTER TICKETS

SOMEONE ELSE BOUGHT THE TICKETS

1. A Friend Gave Me Their Tickets. Please contact the Event Organizer and discuss their policies related to transferring tickets as not all events allow this. Their information will be available on the Event page. Look for "Contact Organizer" button.

2. A Friend Bought the Tickets and Invited Me to Register. Follow the steps you received in the email and complete the registration process. If you have any questions, please contact the Event Organizer. Their contact information will be available on the Event page. Look for "Contact Organizer" button.
