Forgot Password (Table Pro App)

This article covers how to update the profile used to log into the CellarPass Table Pro app.

The Table Pro app uses a single "app" user account to login across all iPad devices. Therefore, if you change the Table Pro Username and/or Table Pro Password, all devices will need to be updated immediately. You cannot use your own personal CellarPass User account to access any of our apps.

CONFIGURING TABLE PRO CREDENTIALS
To update the Table Pro credentials, you will need to have a CellarPass User account with administrator- level access.

  1. Log into the CellarPass backoffice by going to http://www.cellarpass.com/manage
  2. Click the Settings link in the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. From the Settings submenu, select Member Configuration
  4. Near the top of page, you will see two fields in the Table Pro user section; Table Pro Username and Table Pro Password.
  5. The next piece of information you will need is your MemberID. This is located in the top, right-hand corner. It can be 2-4 digits.

UPDATING TABLE PRO CREDENTIALS
To update the Table Pro credentials, you will need to have a CellarPass User account with administrator- level access.

  1. Log into the CellarPass backoffice by going to http://www.cellarpass.com/manage
  2. Click the Settings link in the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. From the Settings submenu, select Member Configuration
  4. Near the top of page, you will see two fields in the Table Pro user section; Table Pro Username and Table Pro Password.
  5. To change this, simply overwrite the existing settings.
  6. Click the Save button located in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.
  7. As always, we recommend testing the new credentials right away.

TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE PRO CREDENTIALS
if you are encountering issues with accessing the Table Pro app, we recommend checking the following:

  1. Do you have the correct Table Pro Username, Password and MemberID correct? Following the instructions above to make sure you are using the correct credentials. NOTE: You do NOT use your own personal account to access Table Pro.
  2. Is your account past due? If your account is more than 30 days past due, it will be automatically locked out. You can check your account balance by logging into the CellarPass backoffice at https://www.cellarpass.com/manage You will see a "Lock Out" message if your account is currently disabled.
  3. If all else fails, we recommend contacting Support immediately.
