Can I call CellarPass about my reservation?

We know questions will come up- you are excited to visit wine country, whether this is your 1st time or 100th, right? Our Live Chat is available to answer questions about making or managing your reservations and CellarPass account.  If you have questions about the property you booked with or the experience you selected, our agents will do their best to provide you top notch service.  Our agents are not authorized to adjust pricing, answer questions about your wine club membership, override cancellation policies, etc...  Please contact the tasting room directly for any such questions.

Our Guest Services hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5pm (Pacific). If you need assistance with a reservation after hours, please contact the tasting room directly as they will be able to help you.
