Winter Escapes and Events

Welcome to mid January, the time when most new year resolutions are already being put to the test.  There is a lot of benefit in resolving to improve ones self at the turn of a new year, but sadly most of us fall short of the lofty goals we aspire to achieve.  Perhaps its just that, the lofty goals.  Commonly the reason we cannot stick to those annual resolutions is simply because we pile on too many changes all at once. We say enough!  It's time for you to celebrate some WINS by making realistic resolutions that are sustainable and personally rewarding.  No matter what your goal is, the best way to achieve them is by making many small changes one at a time until the new behavior becomes habit.  

This year, I have resolved to have more fun, smile often, laugh louder, spend quality time with friends and family (yes, I know there is still a pandemic), do more outdoor activities, try something new each month, master a new skill, and embrace the philosophy of quality over quantity.  Most of these goals can be easily combined netting me more wins to celebrate.  Lucky for me, there are so many interesting events popping up for the winter season providing endless opportunities to have fun, laugh, try something new.
