Make the pie of your dreams from the beautiful Lacanche ovens, produced since the 19th century and named after the small Burgundy village in France. With the help of in-house pie guru Jennifer Smith, spend the next three hours making an array of hand pies, delicious fillings and achieving that perfect crumb to crust ratio.
