Join us for an interactive cooking class on the infamous Latin American stuffed savory pastry, the empanada, with the creative culinary team of Colectivo Felix out of Santa Cruz, Ca. Guests will enjoy a culinary journey, exploring the distinct variations of the empanada from three different regions - Argentina, Bolivia & the Caribbean, traditional fillings plus locally sourced fillings to highlight the bounty of California. This hands-on demonstration will be followed by an empanada & Cima Collina wine tasting.
