CellarPass, the leading online and guest management platform designed for the fine beverage industry, today debuts their first-ever mobile box office management app, with versions developed for both Android and iOS operating systems. Both available as a free download at the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The CellarPass Box Office Management app was designed for event organizers to better manage their events by providing the real-time tools they need to react more quickly to attendee demand. The new mobile and tablet-ready app allows ticketed event organizers to roam amongst event attendees, providing superior in-the-field customer service coupled with the ability to sell tickets anywhere, view real-time attendance reports and view guest lists. As ticket sales and guests are checked-in, whether through the app or in the platform, the data is update in real time.
The CellarPass Box Office app enables event entry managers to get attendees through the door more quickly and easily, with features that include the ability to scan tickets directly from a patron's mobile phone, printed ticket or printed credentials using the device’s built-in camera. In low-light situations the camera flash can be enabled to assist with scanning. In “rapid scan” mode, the system can scan a ticket in less than 2 seconds.
The app is designed for use at special events requiring tickets, and for festivals and events of all sizes, including pre-paid tastings at wineries, breweries and other venues using the CellarPass online and mobile guest management platform. The app is complimentary to CellarPass’ prebuilt templates to print customized lanyard badges, nametags and other Avery label-type templates through their web-based platform.
