Event Information

Join cheese authority Janet Fletcher for an evening devoted to American artisan cheeses and fine wine at the lovely Silverado Cooking School in Napa. Janet is the author of three books on cheese and the publisher of the Planet Cheese blog, and she loves introducing students to the cheeses she loves best. For this tasting, Janet will take your taste buds on a seven-state tour, venturing east of the Rockies, west of the Rockies and south of the Mason-Dixon line to showcase the finest American cheeses with fine wines.
You’ll gather with other guests for an aperitif and hors d’oeuvre, then sit down for the tasting. Janet will guide you through the selections and help you boost your cheese IQ.  You’ll be a more knowledgeable consumer and a smarter cheese shopper when you leave.
